Bakugan Battle Brawlers (爆丸バトルブローラーズ, Bakugan Batoru Burōrāzu) is a Japanese-Canadian animated action adventure television series produced by TMS Entertainment, Dentsu Inc., and Nelvana Animation under the direction of Mitsuo Hashimoto. The story centers on the lives of creatures called Bakugan and the battle brawlers.

Ben Gadbois, global president and COO of Canadian toy and media company Spin Master, at Spin Master's Q3 financial results conference call on November 8 that the company is planning to revive the Bakugan within the next two years. “We are also working on several exciting TV shows in our entertainment group for 2018 and 2019, including Bakugan, which we are working hard on with our partners of both the toy line and TV show,” he said. Spin Master provided no other information on the brand during the conference call. Spin Master in 2015 that it was planning a relaunch of Bakugan.
